These terms explain how P2L Digital Studio handles landing page, local website, lead capture, SEO setup and related digital service work. They are written to keep project scope, payment, revisions and delivery expectations clear.

Services

P2L Digital Studio may provide landing pages, simple local websites, lead forms, thank-you pages, SMS/WhatsApp contact flows, Google Analytics setup, Search Console setup, Microsoft Clarity setup, basic SEO structure, CRM handoff and related launch support.

$99 Basic Landing Promo

The $99 promo is a focused starter offer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it includes:

• One simple landing page.
• Up to 3 content sections.
• Mobile-ready layout.
• WhatsApp, SMS or email call-to-action.
• Basic title and meta description.
• One revision after first delivery.

The promo does not include paid ads, logo design, custom integrations, copywriting from zero, paid domain costs, paid software, photography, unlimited revisions, complex animations, ecommerce, booking systems or multi-page websites unless quoted separately.

Client Content

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, logo files, images, offers, service details, contact information and any required legal or licensing statements. Delays in content delivery can delay launch.

Payments

Small starter projects may require payment before work begins. Larger projects may require a deposit and final payment before launch or final handoff. Third-party costs such as domains, premium hosting, email, ads, stock assets or paid software are billed separately unless specifically included in writing.

Revisions

Included revisions depend on the package. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to text, layout, sections or visual details within the agreed scope. New pages, major redesigns, new strategy, new integrations or repeated changes after approval may require an additional quote.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be available minus any transaction fees or third-party costs already incurred. Once strategy, design, development, setup or delivery work has started, payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed.

No refund is provided for completed and delivered work, approved work, third-party costs, domain purchases, software subscriptions or work delayed because required client content was not provided.

No Guarantee of Leads or Revenue

P2L Digital Studio builds pages and systems designed to improve clarity, contact flow and measurement. Results depend on many factors outside P2L's control, including offer strength, market demand, traffic quality, ad budget, follow-up speed, pricing, reviews and competition. No specific number of leads, sales, rankings or revenue is guaranteed.

Approvals and Launch

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content, contact details, links, legal text and business claims before launch. Once approved, P2L Digital Studio may publish the page or provide handoff instructions depending on the project.

Communication

P2L Digital Studio primarily uses SMS, WhatsApp and email for project communication so requests, approvals and follow-up stay documented. Calls may be limited or scheduled only when needed.

Privacy

Lead and analytics information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
