Amazon-friendly brands · What we do best

Your brand on its own site and on Amazon, working together.

Amazon brings the buyers. Your own site tells the story, sells directly and gives Amazon what it asks for. We build both sides: the brand website, the Amazon listings and the links between them. Casa Serena, a home fragrance brand from Pembroke Pines, sells on its own store with Shopify and on Amazon, and its site sends each scent to its Amazon listing.

03

Brand approval with Amazon and the barcode exemption, when your products do not have one

04

Listing images and safety documents hosted on your own site, where Amazon reads them

05

Your own store keeps selling directly, so Amazon is a second channel, not the only one

An honest shipping promise: the site says who ships and how

How it works, step by step

01

Why a brand site if you are on Amazon

On Amazon your product sits next to competitors, in Amazon’s design, with Amazon’s rules. Your own site is where the brand tells its story, sells direct without fees per sale and gives Amazon proof that the brand is real. Amazon’s brand approval asks for your website, and many buyers check it before buying.

02

Step 1: the site comes first

We build the brand’s site with every product, its description and its sizes. At Casa Serena that meant 13 scent pages, two diffusers, a scent finder and a store with Shopify checkout. The Amazon listings are later written from those same pages, so the scent notes, sizes and prices match in both places.

03

Step 2: listings Amazon accepts

Amazon is strict with words. Its own tool suggested categories and values the brand could not back, such as “essential oil” or “aromatherapy”, which bring health-product rules. We chose the correct category, removed 74 values the tool had added on its own and wrote titles within Amazon’s limits, with no prohibited claims.

04

Step 3: brand approval and barcodes

New brands often have no product barcodes. We prepared the request for Amazon to approve the brand name and exempt it from barcodes, with real photos of the bottle and box taken by the owner, the logo and the brand’s website. Casa Serena sent it on October 7, 2026 and Amazon approved it on October 11.

05

Step 4: your site as Amazon’s source

The listing images were prepared on a pure white background and published on the brand’s site, from where Amazon pulled them. The safety data sheets Amazon requires for liquid products also live on the site. Everything Amazon needs has one stable home under your domain.

06

Step 5: products uploaded and checked

The products go up to Amazon in one spreadsheet, with every value checked before upload. At Casa Serena the 500 ml size went live in stages, and by October 16, 2026 nine scents were active, after Amazon’s manual review.

07

Step 6: the site sends buyers to Amazon

Each scent sold on Amazon shows a “Buy on Amazon · 500 ml” button under the bag button, opening that exact product on Amazon in a new tab. The home page announces the new channel in English and Spanish. The button is secondary on purpose: buying on the site stays the main action.

08

What lives where

On Amazon: the listing, its price, stock, payment, orders and Amazon reviews. On your site: the brand story, every product page, the direct store and the documents Amazon reads. Casa Serena chose to ship Amazon orders itself from Pembroke Pines, and the site says so instead of promising Prime.

How we work

From the first message to the published page.

01

Brand and channel review

What you sell, where you sell it today and whether your products need barcodes or special documents.

02

Written scope and quote

Site pages, number of Amazon listings and brand approval, with a fixed price in writing.

03

Site first, then Amazon

We publish the site, then write and upload the listings from the same product information.

04

Links and launch

Each live product gets its Amazon button and the home page announces the channel.

03

Both channels match

The same notes, sizes and prices on the site and on Amazon, written from one source.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they start.

Have a different question? Send it on WhatsApp and Sergio answers the same day.

Ask on WhatsApp
Do you sell on Amazon for me?+

No. The seller account, prices, orders and shipping stay with you. We build the site, prepare and upload the listings, handle the brand approval request and connect the site to each product.

Is brand approval the same as Brand Registry?+

No. What we handled for Casa Serena is Amazon’s approval of the brand name plus the barcode exemption, which lets new products be created. Brand Registry is a separate Amazon program and is quoted on its own.

Can you show Amazon reviews on my site?+

Not today. The buttons send buyers to the exact Amazon product, where they see its reviews.

Can I know how many Amazon sales start on my site?+

That needs Amazon Attribution links and analytics on the site. It is not part of the Casa Serena setup, and we can add it as a next step.

Do I need Prime or FBA?+

No. Casa Serena ships its Amazon orders itself. If you use Amazon’s fulfillment, the site simply says so.

How much does it cost?+

It is quoted in writing after a free review, because it depends on the site, the number of products and the Amazon work. The quote you sign is the price you pay.
