Who is Website Care for?

It is for active landing pages and websites created by P2L that need dependable, focused improvements after launch. Eligibility is confirmed before the plan begins.

What counts as one focused request?

A request is one clearly defined outcome in an existing page or system—for example updating a service section, changing a CTA path, replacing supplied content or adding a modest page component.

Can unused requests roll into another week?

No. The plan reserves a weekly care rhythm rather than a bank of production hours, so unused weekly requests do not accumulate.

How quickly are updates completed?

Timing depends on the request and whether all content is ready. The order and expected timing are confirmed before work starts; urgent or same-day work is not included by default.

Does the plan include hosting, SEO or advertising?

No. Hosting fees, ongoing SEO campaigns, advertising management and third-party subscriptions are separate unless they are specifically included in a written agreement.

What happens when a request is too large?

P2L will separate it from the care plan, explain the required scope and provide a quote. Nothing outside the monthly plan is started without approval.

Can P2L maintain a site built by another studio?

Website Care is designed for P2L-built sites. An external site may first require a technical review, migration or rebuild and is considered separately.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Cancellation terms and any minimum commitment are stated in the service agreement before enrollment, so there are no surprises.
