Window cleaning, floors and pressure washing · Dallas-Fort Worth
Eco Cleaning Window ServicesA cleaning job you can see before you ask for a quote.
The challenge
A cleaning company doing good work in Dallas that, outside an almost inactive Facebook page, did not exist online.
Eco Cleaning Window Services cleans glass and pressure washes entrances, patios and floors in Dallas. Its customers come in two kinds. On one side, restaurants, offices, storefronts and property managers who need the front ready before opening. On the other, families in University Park, Highland Park, Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow who want spotless windows and someone they can trust in the house.
When we reviewed its presence in September 2026, the picture was clear. There was no website. The Facebook page had 16 followers and zero reviews. Searching the company on Google by name or by phone returned nothing, and it was not on Google Maps. On top of that, another Dallas company with an almost identical name already held that spot in search results.
That mattered because this trade runs on trust. Nobody lets a stranger into their business or their home without seeing real work first. And almost every competitor uses the same eco-friendly pitch and the same stock photos, so that alone set nothing apart. The challenge was to give the company a home of its own online, show its real jobs and make asking for a price as simple as sending a few photos on WhatsApp.
- Online presence and competitor audit
- 30-page site with commercial and residential paths
- Service pages, 10 area pages and a blog
- Editing of the client's video and photos, with before-and-after sliders
- WhatsApp quote with a prefilled message and quick contact on phones
- Domain, publishing, Google Analytics, Search Console and information Google reads
What we did
Step by step, from the problem to the published page.
- 01
We audited its online presence and the Dallas competition before designing: no site, no reviews, invisible on Google and a near-identical brand name competing for the same searches.
- 02
We built a first draft of the home page within a day and refined it with the client over the following weeks.
- 03
We replaced every placeholder image with the client's own photos and video, sent to us over WhatsApp, with no repeated images and no stock photos.
- 04
When the client decided to serve homes as well as businesses, we added a residential page for its four Dallas neighborhoods, then balanced the home page and menu so commercial and residential carry the same weight.
- 05
We gave each service its own page (windows, pressure washing, floors and recurring accounts) and, when more floor photos arrived, strengthened those pages with before-and-after sliders.
- 06
We built ten area pages, six commercial and four residential, each with its own neighborhoods, ZIP codes and FAQs, plus a blog with four practical articles.
- 07
We wired the forms to open WhatsApp with the request already written, and added a fixed WhatsApp and call bar on phones.
- 08
We published on its own domain with a security certificate, connected Google Analytics and Search Console, sent the sitemap to Google and notified Bing of the new pages.
Page by page
- 01
Home
It opens with a real video from the client walking along a restaurant's finished glass, and two buttons of equal size: commercial quote and residential quote. Below, two matching cards split businesses and homes, followed by the three-step work process, services in two groups, a floors band with before and after, a gallery of real jobs and the quote form. Every visitor finds their path on the first screen.
- 02
Services (Commercial)
This is where the Commercial menu button leads. It shows both service lines side by side, three commercial cards and three residential ones, then speaks directly to restaurants, offices and property managers. It closes by asking for the business type to quote over WhatsApp.
- 03
Window Cleaning
It explains what gets cleaned outside, inside and on doors and glass partitions, with the process in three steps: diagnosis, full wash and handoff. It shows real photos of storefronts, restaurants and offices the client has serviced. It ends by asking for photos of the front to quote.
- 04
Pressure Washing and Floor Cleaning
Two sister pages for what the customer steps on first: entrances, sidewalks, patios, facades, concrete and kitchen floors. Each has a before-and-after slider you drag with a finger, using photos of the same spot in Dallas, and a frequency guide by business type. They were strengthened in October with floor photos the client sent.
- 05
Commercial Accounts
It sells the recurring service: one contact, one invoice and a fixed calendar for windows and pressure washing. It offers three paces, weekly, biweekly and monthly, each with its own quote button. It saves a restaurant or property manager from asking for a price every time.
- 06
Residential
It speaks to the household: windows inside and out with a purified-water finish, patios, pool decks and entries washed by surface, and coverage in University Park, Highland Park, Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow. It explains how a home visit works, with a walkthrough first and a final check together, and closes by asking for the address to confirm coverage.
- 07
Cases
Three before-and-after sliders of commercial floors in Dallas and a wall of real storefront and patio photos. The reviews section tells the truth: there are no published reviews yet, and instead of inventing testimonials it invites customers to leave one on Facebook. That honesty builds more trust than nameless five stars.
- 08
Service area pages
Ten pages: Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Irving, Frisco and McKinney for businesses, and University Park, Highland Park, Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow for homes. Each names its own neighborhoods and streets, its ZIP codes and answers the questions typical of that area. Someone searching for window cleaning in their city lands on a page written for them.

About Us, FAQ and Blog
About Us presents a local, independent company with direct contact, and makes clear it has no ties to the similarly named business. FAQ answers what people ask before quoting: how pricing works, which areas are covered, what products are used and whether work can happen after hours. The blog adds four practical articles, such as how often a Dallas restaurant should clean its storefront glass or what to do before selling a Highland Park home.

Quote and Contact
Quote asks for the address, business type and desired frequency, and on submit opens WhatsApp with the whole request written so the customer only adds photos. Contact offers four channels, WhatsApp, text, call and email, a QR code to open WhatsApp from another screen and a guided form. A thank-you page then explains the three next steps.

- 01
Two paths with equal weight from the first screen: businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth and homes in four Dallas neighborhoods, each with its own page, services and quote button.
- 02
Only real work: the client's own video and photos, before-and-after sliders from the same spot, and a reviews section that admits there are none yet instead of inventing them.
- 03
More than 25 pages built to grow on Google: one per service, one per area, FAQs and a blog, with a clear note that it has no ties to the similarly named brand.
The result
What the business has today.
Facts you can check on the published site, not promises.
- It went from no website to a site of its own with 30 pages on its own domain, with a security certificate.
- Businesses and families find their path on the first screen, with separate quote buttons.
- Every service and each of its 10 areas has its own page, and the addresses from the earlier Spanish version redirect to the new ones.
- Requests arrive on WhatsApp already written, ready for the customer to add photos.
- Google Analytics records WhatsApp clicks, calls and forms, and the site is verified in Google Search Console with its sitemap submitted.
- The proof across the site is the client's real work, with no stock photos and no invented reviews.
