American clothing bales · warehouse shipping across Mexico
Pacas GuadalupeEvery bale and its price, on a phone.
The challenge
A clothing-bale warehouse that sold through Facebook reels and WhatsApp needed one place where a buyer could see every bale, its price and its quality before writing.
Pacas Guadalupe sells bales of American clothing from a warehouse in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, in the Guadalajara area, and ships across Mexico. Its buyers are street-market sellers, shops, bazaars and online resellers, almost always on a phone and right after watching a Facebook reel.
Before this project the business lived on its Facebook page and on WhatsApp. There was no catalogue, no page per bale and no visible policies, and the Facebook page showed zero reviews. To learn which bales were in stock, what they cost and what quality they were, every buyer had to ask by message.
That mattered because nobody buys a bale piece by piece: it is a closed lot. A buyer’s first doubt is whether the lot is real and whether the seller can be trusted, and almost every seller in the trade promises the same thing, "the best quality at the best price". The site had to answer those doubts before the first message and leave the sale where it already worked: on WhatsApp.

What we did
Step by step, from the problem to the published page.
- 01
We studied the Facebook page and the bale market: how competitors sell, what buyers ask first and which promises the whole trade repeats.
- 02
We took the design from the warehouse itself: marker-written signs, price tags and bales wrapped in plastic. Nothing from a template.
- 03
We loaded the owner’s list: 50 bales with price, item range and his seven quality grades, from Regular to Diamante.
- 04
We read the titles of more than 1,500 of the business’s reels, picked the best one for each bale and cut a six-second clip, until all 50 bales had video.
- 05
We built a page per bale, the catalogue by category, grades, how to buy, policies, contact and FAQ, each one closing on WhatsApp.
- 06
We built the three-question page for ads and reels, which recommends bales within the budget and writes the message.
- 07
Where a detail from the owner was still missing, like the deposit, the page says so instead of inventing it: it is confirmed in writing in the chat.
- 08
We connected pacasguadalupe.com with a secure padlock, made the old address forward to the new domain, and set up the sitemap and the information Google reads.
Page by page
- 01
Home: opening
A video of the warehouse fills the screen, vertical on a phone and horizontal on a computer, under the headline "Pacas de ropa americana en Guadalajara" in sign-painter lettering. One line says what matters: price and quality of every bale, photos of the lot before paying, and shipping. Two buttons from the first second: Order on WhatsApp and See the catalogue.
- 02
Home: The wall of bales
All 50 bales from the owner’s list, eight at a time, with filters for Kids, Women, Men, Mixed, Sportswear and Home. Each sign shows the price in pesos, the approximate item count and the grade, with two buttons: one opens WhatsApp to order it, the other shows what it contains. A button pauses the videos for anyone who prefers them still.
- 03
Home: How a bale opens and How to buy
A video of a real bale being opened, with short lines on what comes inside. Then buying in three steps: choose your bale, reserve it on WhatsApp, and receive it in your city or pick it up at the warehouse by appointment. No sign-up and no cart: everything closes with a person from the warehouse.
- 04
Home: buyers’ group, warehouse and questions
"Ask someone who already bought" invites visitors into the buyers’ WhatsApp group with a button and a QR code. "The warehouse" explains who they sell to (street-market sellers, shops, bazaars and online resellers) and that it can be visited by appointment. The home page ends with seven questions, including "How do I know this is not a scam?".
- 05
One page per bale (50)
Every bale has its own address: price, category, grade with its definition, item count, season, sizes, format, the date of the price and its video, plus other bales from the same category. When someone shares the link on WhatsApp or Facebook, the preview shows that bale, and Google reads it as a product with its price.
- 06
Catalogue and grades
The full catalogue with the price list, plus a page for each of the six categories. Grades explains the owner’s seven quality grades, from Regular to Diamante, each with its definition, how many bales carry it and their price range.
- 07
How to buy and Policies
Six steps, from choosing a bale to receiving it, and short policies on prices, reserving, payment and what a bale contains. What the owner had not set yet, like the deposit, the page states plainly: it is confirmed in writing in the chat before paying. It also warns that payment details are only given inside the ordering WhatsApp.
- 08
About, Customers and Contact
About explains what the warehouse does and who it sells to. Customers shows videos recorded in the warehouse and publishes no invented reviews. Contact offers six numbered ways to start (WhatsApp, Facebook, a call, a visit by appointment, email and the buyers’ group) and a QR code that opens WhatsApp with the message written; the exact address is given only when an appointment is confirmed.
- 09
Find your bale in 3 steps
A page for ads and reels with three questions: where you sell, how much you want to invest and which city you are in. From the answers it recommends bales that fit the budget and writes the WhatsApp message with them.

A wall of 50 bales: each one is a marker-written sign over its own video, with the price in pesos, the approximate item count and the quality grade set by the owner.
- 02
Every "Pedir esta paca" (order this bale) button opens WhatsApp with that bale’s name and price already written, so the warehouse knows what the buyer wants before replying.
- 03
Trust before payment: a WhatsApp group where first-time buyers ask people who already bought, and photos and video of the actual lot before anything is paid.
